This program is designed to help golfers take their game to the next level through improving their strength and conditioning. In the following series of 11 golf-specific exercises, golfers will improve their flexibility, strength, balance, and power by targeting both large and small muscles in the legs, hips, core, and upper body. We recommend that you first start with lighter weights in order to establish proper form and technique, before increasing the weight as you progress.
